It’s no secret that I have super fine hair. It’s ridiculously hard to style or just to manage on a day to day basis. It looks flat and is always poker straight. Well, until recently. I recently came across an article in a magazine, recommending that those of us with fine hair wash our hair backwards. Now, I’m not crazy and this actually does work, so just hear me out. Instead of shampooing and then conditioning, you condition first and then shampoo.
The theory behind this is that you add oils to your hair and then wash away the excess. You firstly, put a hair oil through your hair and leave it for a few minutes. Then pop some conditioner in, and rinse this out. Lastly, shampoo and rinse.
As far as I know, this will only work on fine hair.
I’ve been doing this for a couple of days now and my hair is looking really bouncy and healthy.
