The Morrison Hotel has crafted a stylish and romantic offer for this Valentine’s Day. On either Friday, 14th February or Saturday, 15th February, for just €95 per couple, enjoy a Prosecco aperitif followed by a five course dinner in the Morrison Grill, accompanied by a bottle of house wine. Finish your evening relaxing in the Quay 14 bar, and if you’re feeling really indulgent, stay the night for an additional €150. As an added treat, the ‘Live at the Morrison’ series of guest musicians and bands performing in Quay 14 will feature St John the Gambler on Friday and Kim Hayden on Saturday.

The ‘Love’ menu is designed to make it a pleasure to linger at your table. A well balanced selection of dishes includes luxurious starters such as Seared scallops with Jerusalem artichoke, bacon & truffle, and Ox Tail Tortellini, butternut squash, sage and chestnut cream. Main course choices include Seabass Fillet with Mussels & clams, crab mayo, saffron orzo broth, and chorizo aioli, and a classic 7 oz Beef Fillet with Beef rosti, celeriac puree, braised shallots and a red wine sauce. Delicious desserts, and a dining experience that includes an Amuse Bouche, a palate cleansing Lemon Sorbet, and a finale of Tea or Coffee, makes this a meal to be savoured.
